GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION

Great news: SUENIA ZURICH’s online shop is available for whole Europe.

We offer free shipping within Spain for orders above 49.00 Euros and within Europe for orders above 89.00 Euros – automatically applied during checkout.

Shipping costs are 5.00 Euros for orders within Spain below 49.00 Euros, and 10.00 Euros for orders within Europe below 89.00 Euros.

Suenia Zurich’s orders are shipped on business days (Monday – Friday) excluding mayor holidays. Your order will be processing within 48 business hours starting from the date of the order confirmation. Please note that during sales and/or promotions these dates may vary.

1. Delivery time is approximately 1-3 (Shipment in Spain)
2. Delivery time is approximately 2-5 (International shipment within Europe)

Please note that unless otherwise stated on the site, delivery times are estimates. 

When ordering, you will be offered our delivery service once you reach the delivery address details page. Orders will be sent to the delivery address that you have given on your order form. We cannot be held responsible for incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses. When your order has been accepted, it shall be processed by SUENIA ZURICH, who will endeavor to dispatch your order in accordance with our estimated delivery times.

As soon as your order is dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email. In the event that you are not at the shipping address upon delivery, the courier company should contact you in order to reschedule a second delivery attempt at your convenience.

Shipments to non-European Union countries may be liable for customs taxes and additional fees. In all cases, these costs will be the responsibility of the buyer and will be settled at the given customs office. We @ SUENIA ZURICH will take care of all the required paperwork in order for the parcel to clear customs.
